Are there any upfront costs?

There are no set up costs. You’ll be charged each month based on the number of users that are allowed on your account.

Are there any contracts or commitments

We don’t tie you into any contracts. You can cancel your account with us at any time by getting in touch and you’ll just need to pay to the end of your current month.

Can i keep my current phone number with a different provider

Usually, yes. We have agreements with all the major telecoms providers and are able to move (“port”) your number over to our service. If you’d like to migrate your number, you just need to get in touch and we’ll get a few details from you.

Can I add and remove phones whenever I want?

Of course – your phone service can grow or shrink with you. You can add and remove phones at any time through our portal or by contacting us.

Do I need to keep my existing phone line?

AOIT VoIP Connect is a service delivered over your internet connection. If you use your existing phone line to enable your broadband service, you’ll need to keep your phone line.

Do I need to contact you to make changes to my phone system?

Absolutely not. Your entire phone system can be managed at any time online using AOIT VoIP Connect. However if you do get stuck, drop us a message and we’ll gladly help!
